Products can be returned within 14 days from the purchase date as long as the item is returned unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging. If you receive a damaged, or defective item, get in touch with us at once you receive it, otherwise, we won’t be able to return it.
Refunds will be transferred to your bank account. No cash refund available.
Jewelry
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
Custom made Jewelry orders cannot be returned.
Nadine Sherif Jewelry: This product comes with a special seal, please make sure that it fits you before removing the seal. The product cannot be returned after removing the seal.
