Egypt will host two important events, organized by the Egyptian Sustainable Urbanism Laboratory (ESU-Lab) – at the Department of Architecture, Mansoura University next November 2019. The first event is called German Architecture day in Egypt. While the second is called the 1st Delta Symposium. Registration is necessary to attend both events.
1st German Architecture Day in Egypt
The event will be on Saturday, the 2nd of November, 2019, starting from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Hosted by the German University in Cairo, GUC at the Fifth Settlement.
Above all, the 1st German Architecture day in Egypt gathers Egyptian and German Architects and Engineering Pioneers to discuss Architecture and Urban Topics. Moreover, the event allows them to share and exchange their knowledge, experiences and new technologies to the Egyptian Engineering practice, education, and market.

One year after he completed his Scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD to study at the École d’Architecture- Paris-La Villette.
During the years 1983 and 1986 he became assistant of prof. e. Schneider- wessling on advanced studies architecture academy of fine arts, Munich. Afterwards, he became professor of building technology and design at the TU Berlin since 1999.

Currently she is a fellow of the Humboldt Foundation (Feodor-Lynen Program) at the Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, MA, USA.
