Above all, when F & R Partnership received the project, they wanted to create something distinct. To illustrate, the team aspired to spread an atmosphere of liveliness, openness, and freshness through their design.

Certainly, F & R Partnership had to re-plan the whole house to induce spaciousness within the tight area of the 195m2 that they had to work within. So, changes were done so that the design would be more open and more reaching out to its surrounding.

When inside the beach house, the user feels connected to the nature embracing the house. To clarify, F & R Partnership created a forest-like garden that surrounds the house, and then they worked on connecting the interior of the house with its delightful exterior.

In the Seashell Beach House by F & R Partnership team had their way in designing the interior to deliver the liveliness and spaciousness atmosphere. The team created spaces that speak to the outside through their curtain wall. The inside also provides freshness through the materials and textures used that are natural and soft. In addition to that, the soothing color palette had its way in creating a tranquilizing atmosphere.
